download sourcelibuv source
install python2.7,vs2015,git.

run vcbuild.bat
open uv.sln, set windows SDK version & platform toolset. if build shared library: Configuration type : Dynamic Library(.dll) Additional Dependencies add:ws2_32.lib;IPHLPAPI.lib;Psapi.lib;Userenv.lib; F5 build.
